The new owners of the Lake Hawea Hotel welcome you to the new hotel webpage. We have refurbished the whole property, new rooms, restaurant and bar with a view to offering you a great stay and experience.

The Lake Hawea Hotel overlooks the stunning Lake Hawea, the Hotel is located on the door step to the South Islands tourist centres, 50 minutes to Queenstown and only 15 minutes from Wanaka.

All of our new modern rooms, and restaurant have uninterrupted views of the lake and the surrounding mountains.

The Grill Room Restaurant has just been awarded the Beef and Lamb Excellence Award for 2012 for achieving the highest culinary standard in beef & lamb - Well done to Chef Logan and his team.
